Our garage was a disaster, and the only answer was a massive purge! I called three different services for quotes on a dumpster. Susan at All Disposal answered right away, was incredibly friendly and cheerful, and answered all my questions (even the ones I didn't know I had). She assured me we could have a dumpster in our driveway promptly and for a week to 10 days -- even in the midst of spring cleaning season. I should have just said "yes" right then.
My second phone call to another service met with a man who seemed too busy or distracted to deal with yet another household dumpster delivery. His prices were comparable to All Disposal's, but he suggested if I wanted the dumpster any time soon, I should decide quick, or he might not have anything available. I told him I'd let him know. The third phone call went to voice mail. They never called back.
So, obviously, we chose All Disposal. The dumpster arrived on Friday afternoon, right on time (a few minutes early, even), and the driver put it exactly where I requested. He was friendly and helpful. For $260, Susan let us keep the dumpster through two weekends, with pick-up on a Monday. That gave us plenty of time to purge the garage the first weekend (which nearly filled the container), then do a little de-cluttering in the house throughout the week. Susan called first thing the following Monday to confirm that we were ready. That afternoon, the driver returned to take the dumpster. I was on a conference call and didn't even hear him come and go. I hope we don't accumulate enough stuff to need a dumpster again for quite some time.
But when we do, I'll call All Disposal for sure. Great service, great value.

This is a family-owned business and great people to do business with! When I called I spoke with Susan and she asked what I needed to dispose of and how long would we need the dumpster. After discussing sizes we decided on a 11-yard dumpster. When I called back to book with her I told we needed a bigger one and she suggested a 15-yard dumpster. The price was not much more than what she quoted for the smaller one. I love when things fall into place. The dumpster arrived later that afternoon by a very polite and friendly gentleman and was just picked up today. This was by far the most painless transaction I've ever had. I highly recommend All Disposal & Recycling to anyone that needs a dumpster.

We ripped up our hardwood floors and needed a way to dispose of all the material. Originally we purchased a bagster which did not fit nearly what it said it would and we would have needed three of them. I then shopped around for roll-away dumpsters and got multiple price quotes. All Disposal & Recycling was by far the MOST affordable. Additionally, because we live in a town home, our association required wood to be place under the dumpster. All the other places required us to pay for the wood or just purchase our own. All Disposal and Recycling brought it free of change. We had all the wood piled in the garage and really did not even need to have the dumpster sit in the drive way, so they offered to do a "load and go" which worked perfect. The driver even helped us load the wood in the dumpster. He was prompt, friendly and the whole load took less than an hour. The entire process was easy and seamless. I would absolutely hire this company again should I need it in the future!

Amazing customer service and prices! I've been researching online various business that offer dumpster rentals and was dreading having to deal with being out of state during the entire transaction. I spoke to a knowledgeable lady who gave me estimates on how much would fit in the different sizes they offer, and made the entire transaction a breeze. Excellent company to rent a dumpster from! Never had the need for one so shopped around. The price was lower. They delivered the next day (I didn't call about one till about 4 p.m.) Another company that was more expensive said earliest we would have a dumpster would be a day later than this company. Susan, who answered phone immediately was very clear on pricing and options of sizes. She was friendly and professional. Asked all the right questions such as what we would be using dumpster for to help in size needed and where we wanted it placed. The driver arrived at the time expected, 1st thing in the morning after my afternoon call the day before. He was courteous and considerate backing the dumpster in so that we'd be able to swing the door open for easy loading and still be able to park. The dumpster arrived empty as I had read reviews on other companies sometimes they don't. The dumpster was picked up at the designated time. Susan had made sure we had it for as long as our needs required. I can not say enough about our great experience with this company. I highly recommend them and if we ever need a dumpster again would use their service!

We recently had some flooding in our area (west chicago) and well our basement was a victim. Thank you for insurance! Anyway, I looked online and found All Disposal. I talked with the owners wife Sue, who was very helpful in choosing the dumpster for our problem. They delivered it at 8am sharp and picked it up when we finished. Couldn't have been any easier. We were moving and didn't realize how much stuff we actually had! That were able to deliver the dumpster that same morning and pick it up right before our move. When they dropped it off, I couldn't believe how large it was, and never thought we would fill it, but we did! And they hauled it all off for us. Was lifesaver before the move.
